If for any reason you are not happy with your wine or food, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to ship your items back to us. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or exchange your item for a new one, depending on your preference. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened wine bottles or food items that have been consumed.
