As a family-owned business, our goal is to bring our customers a selection of wines from small, boutique wineries that are often overlooked by the major retailers. We invite you to come in and explore the world of wine with us!

OUR WINE BAR
Stave & Cork is a cozy wine bar located in the heart of downtown. Our bar is designed to create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a glass of fine wine or share a bottle with friends. We are passionate about wine and we offer a wide selection of Virginia wines as well as domestic and international varietals. Our wine list is carefully curated and we are always happy to recommend a wine that suits your taste. Susan Baker
Susan Baker is the co-owner of Stave & Cork, where she oversees daily operations and thoughtfully curates the shop’s wine flights. After a 16-year career in banking, she retired to follow her passion for wine full-time. Susan loves exploring new varietals and diving into the rich history behind each bottle, bringing a spirit of curiosity and discovery to everything she does at Stave & Cork.
Bobby Baker
Bobby Baker is the co-owner of Stave & Cork, balancing his passion for wine with a full-time career as a consultant in the emergency management industry. A lifelong learner, Bobby enjoys discovering new wines and the unique stories the winery, wine maker, and bottles have to tell, bringing a sense of adventure and connection to the Stave & Cork experience.
